Your new Role
You will be responsible for developing and delivering a professional recruitment training and development syllabus to all levels of recruitment sales staff within the company. This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up and have a huge impact on the development of both individual employees and the company as a whole.
What you'll need to Succeed
You will be an experienced Recruitment Industry Trainer with experience in developing and delivering new training and have experience as a recruitment consultant. You will be passionate about training and will have excellent presentation, communication and people skills.
